Poor Sarah has terrible morning sickness. …more like all day sickness… She had it with the boys too, the only difference is we were in Japan for much of her first trimester, so it seemed worse because our food and money options were more limited. The second pregnancy is a lot different for me than the first one was. I think a big part of it is I know a little bit of what to expect. I felt so shell shocked the whole first pregnancy; I was really excited, but also felt like I was waiting for a bomb to go off. I couldn’t wait to meet my kids, but I didn’t know if I would be a good dad. Sarah are in a good place now in life; we moved into our house so that we could eventually have another baby. This is a singleton pregnancy so it won’t be [as] difficult dealing with one newborn as it was dealing with two. The boys will be 3 years old when the baby is born (which is how old I was when my brother was born) so there is a good age difference and they will be able to help with little things like getting diapers or clothes for the baby. We are all pretty excited. even Sarah, when she’s not feeling totally ill.

Okay, so, my book. RARGH! It’s still coming! don’t worry! but apparently when I resized it last time I did it wrong. See, the book was originally 972pX800p (p being pixels) which is the size of 2 webcomics on the site. This didn’t translate well to print so I made it 1000×800, which would fit to an 8/10 piece of paper fairly easily, or so I thought. Seeing as I’ve only ever printed with Staples before this, I didn’t know that the PDF needs to be a very specific pixel dimension to fit to an 8×10, soooo, I have to resize everything AGAIN! I found this out 2 weeks ago, but I had exams all last week so I didn’t have time to work on it. I hope to send the resized PDF file to them today and we should see the book sometime next week. I do apologize for the delay for everyone whose bought one already. This is my first time printing a book so there has been a lot to learn. thanks for your patience!

In other news, I am totally addicted to vine! If you don’t know what vine is, it’s basically Twitter but with videos. So, while Twitter has a 140 character limit, vine has a 6 second limit. A lot of people are complaining to me about the video size, but the point is not the size of each particular video, the point is the vine as a whole. you are meant to see them all lined up together like a vine of videos. That being said, I’m going to see if I can embed all of them into a single post and then I can do a weekly vine post so people can see it all together.

Anyway, it doesn’t sound like the boys are napping so I should eat something and get them ready for the afternoon.

Happy Monday er’body!
